A trustee company, DSNL TRUSTEE has been established and is operated by staff of Data Sciences Nigeria Limited.

The current equity holdings are as follows:

1. Obodex Nigeria Limited                                      - 35%
2. DSNL TRUSTEE Limited                                    - 65%
